Implementation of the project for reconstruction of the 7th block in the Gailezers Hospital operated by SIA “Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes slimnīca’’ will ensure that all radiology and functional diagnostic premises are joined in a single block, where patients with heart and vascular conditions can undergo examinations and receive necessary treatment.

After the reconstruction is complete, the heart and vascular examination rooms will be located in one place for the convenience of patients. These premises will be located next to Emergency and Reception Clinic ensuring that acute cases are treated fast.

RE&RE experience shows that even though the object is not complicated, special attention must be paid to decoration works due to object specifics and high hygienic requirements. Several rooms are equipped with stainless-steel modular panel system, which ensures that walls can be easily opened and communication networks can be repaired or reconstructed.

This reconstruction will improve health care quality and accessibility and will ensure rational use of energy resources, creating an adequate environment for both patients and the staff.
