• Riga SEB UNIBANKA head office building in Valdlauci,
  
• Riga district Apartment Complex Gypsum Factory at Balasta Dambis,
  
• Riga Shopping Centre DOMINA at Ieriku Street,
  
• Riga Office Building at Baznicas Street,
  
• Riga State Museum of Arts, Restoration of the White Hall,
•  Reval Hotel Latvija reconstruction at Elizabetes Street,
  
• Riga Maza Gilde restoration at Amatu Street, Old Riga have all been granted awards in different professional contests.

In 2009 professional activities of our Project Manager Aldis Gulbis were acknowledged by the Union of Latvian Construction Engineers.
