RE&RE recognizes the education to be an essential and most important precondition for any successful development. Considering the future RE&RE has been successfully cooperating with the social association Youth Consulting and Riga Technical University. The goal of this cooperation is to convince young people of the merits of engineering studies by breaking the stereotypes of good profession by participating in numerous seminars, TV games with behind the scene look of the large-scale construction project management. The latest statistics has proved the efficiency of these activities as the number of engineering students has increased.
